The membership produces the best results for a specific type of business. Here's who it's designed for — and who it probably isn't right for.
Who it works best for
Home service businesses in Western Canada doing $100K–$800K per year with an established service, a working crew or delivery capacity, and a desire to grow predictably. Specifically: plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, house cleaning, auto repair, chiropractic, and similar trades and services. You need to have a customer list — even if it's only 50 past clients — and an average job value above $150.
Who gets the most from it
Businesses where the owner is currently handling marketing themselves and wants to get that time back. Businesses that have tried ads before with disappointing results and want professional management with real tracking. Businesses that know they have a customer reactivation opportunity but haven't had the system or time to act on it.
Who it isn't for
Pre-revenue or brand-new businesses (not enough operational history to build from). Businesses outside the home service category. Businesses looking for a quick guaranteed outcome in month 1 — the system needs 4–6 weeks to generate reliable data before optimization produces compounding results. Businesses unwilling to share basic financial data (job values, customer list) — the system can't be calibrated without it.
