The first 90 days of the membership are the most structured. Here's exactly what happens, week by week.
Week 1: Audit, baseline, and numbers
A comprehensive review of your current marketing, your unit economics (average job value, close rate, cost structure), and your competitive position on local search. At the end of week 1, you have a clear baseline — the number everything future work is measured against. Your lead magnet and campaign offer are defined here.
Week 2: Website CRO + tracking infrastructure
Your landing page is reviewed and improved for conversion. End-to-end tracking is installed and tested: call tracking, form submission tracking, Google Analytics, and conversion events connected to Google Ads. By end of week 2, every lead that comes in is tracked to its source.
Week 3: Campaign live and missed-call recovery active
Full ad campaign launches: creatives, targeting, ad groups, and landing page alignment. Missed-call auto-text is activated and tested. By end of week 3, the system is live and generating real data.
Weeks 4–8: First optimization cycle
The first 4 weeks of data inform the first real optimization decisions: which keywords are generating calls, which ad creatives are performing, what the cost per lead looks like versus initial projections. Landing page changes are tested. Budget allocation is adjusted.
Month 3: First ROI comparison
With 6+ weeks of data versus the week-1 baseline, the ROI calculation becomes real: actual revenue attributed to the system vs. what was being generated before. Most clients see a clear positive ROI by month 3 — often significantly so.
