Here's exactly how a website project works at BrandsBuilders — from kickoff call to live site.
Step 1: Kickoff call (30–45 minutes)
A call to understand your business: what services you offer, what cities you serve, who your ideal customer is, what your main competitors look like online, and any specific elements you want included (photos, reviews, portfolio). You don't need to prepare anything — just a willingness to talk through the business for half an hour.
Step 2: Draft and feedback (1 week)
The first version of your website is built in 5–7 business days. You review it, provide feedback, and one round of revisions is included. Most clients get to a version they're happy with in that single round.
Step 3: Live in week 2
Your site goes live on Netlify, connected to your domain. Contact forms are tested. Google Search Console and Google Analytics are connected. You receive all credentials: Netlify login, domain registrar login, GA4 login — everything is yours from day one.
After launch
Small copy and content changes within the first 2 weeks are included. After that, small edits (phone number change, new service listed, photo update) are available at a flat hourly rate. Most clients go 12–18 months without needing any changes.
